01 · MoldWe machine the mold and measure it.
In tooling board, aluminum, cast iron, fiberglass or carbon fiber, with inserts when the geometry calls for them. We verify it with FARO before layup.
We develop and manufacture composite components in Ibi (Alicante), Spain: we machine the mold, measure it, laminate the part and measure it again. High-strength parts with optimal weight, even in highly complex geometries.
We manufacture custom orthoses and external supports — knee braces, lumbar and back supports, splints — that are lighter, thinner and stronger than conventional ones.
We start from a 3D scan or from the orthotist’s mold, and we work with professionals and manufacturers across the sector.
Tell us about your projectMaximum stiffness at minimum weight, in twill, plain or unidirectional fabric.
Impact and abrasion resistance, plus excellent resistance to acid attack.
The cost-effective choice for fairings, enclosures and molds.
Resins tailored to the thermal and mechanical demands of each project.
We develop our own systems to produce hollow parts and complex geometries.

02 · LayupHand layup, infusion, RTM or out-of-autoclave (OOA) prepreg, depending on the finish, the use and the number of units.
03 · CuringBoth reach 200 °C. Their size allows us to manufacture large parts.
04 · TrimmingTwo 6-axis robots, one on a 7 m linear track, plus 5-axis machining centers.
05 · Finishing and inspectionA 60 m² pressurized paint booth and final dimensional inspection with FARO: every part leaves with its dimensions guaranteed.

Pressure curing up to 200 °C for aerospace-grade parts.
Climate-controlled clean room (207 m³) for prepreg layup and metrology.
Filament winding up to 4 m in diameter and 12 m in length.
Resin transfer molding and heated platen presses.
Prepregs stored at low temperature until use.
We study your project with the same care you put into designing it, then send you a clear proposal covering process, lead time and price. Only have the physical part? We’ll scan it and take it from there.
It depends on the finish, how the part will be used and the number of units. We work with hand layup, infusion, RTM and out-of-autoclave prepreg, and we define the right process with you based on the application.
Yes. We design and machine the mold in our own plant, in tooling board, aluminum, cast iron, fiberglass or carbon fiber.
Our autoclave measures 3 × 8 m and our oven 4 × 2 × 1.8 m, both reaching 200 °C, so we can manufacture large parts.
