In aerospace every part has to be measured and documented. We manufacture in prepreg, machine large-format tooling and molds, and verify with FARO and CMMs.

A curing oven up to 200 °C, a 3 × 8 m autoclave that we activate per project, a 60 m² climate-controlled clean room and in-house metrology: the complete process without leaving the plant. ITP Aero is among the companies that have trusted us.

We verify tooling and assemblies several meters long with a FARO Vantage laser tracker, and parts with a FARO arm and CMMs in a climate-controlled room.

Do you work under NDA?
Yes. Much of our work is covered by confidentiality agreements and we do not publish it.
How large a part can you cure?
In the oven, up to 4 × 2 × 1.8 m. Our 3 × 8 m autoclave is being commissioned and we activate it when a project requires it.
Do you supply a dimensional report?
Yes, with the comparison against CAD and the measured deviations.
