Composites and machining for industry.
When a machine moves masses at high speed, carbon makes the difference: less inertia, more stiffness and less vibration. We make composite beams, rollers, shafts and fairings, and machine large metal and plastic parts.
Carbon beams for ceramic printers.
We produce carbon fiber beams in series for the gantry of large mosaic tile and porcelain tile printers: less weight and high stiffness, with a custom mold and support and a sock-type preform. See the project.
- Machine beams and gantries
- Filament-wound rollers and shafts
- Fairings and enclosures
- Lightweight tooling

And if it's metal, we do that too.
Our 5-axis machining centers up to 8 × 3 × 2 m and lathes with 2 m between centers machine steel, aluminum, engineering plastics and composite parts. See CNC machining.

Send us your drawing or 3D model, and we’ll bring it to life.
We study your project with the same care you put into designing it, then send you a clear proposal covering process, lead time and price. Only have the physical part? We’ll scan it and take it from there.
What customers ask us most.
Why replace a steel part with carbon?
Because it weighs much less with similar or greater stiffness. In moving parts that allows higher speed, lower energy use and less vibration.
Do you manufacture in series?
Yes. The beams for ceramic machinery are made in batches, with a mold and preform designed for production.
