Carbon fiber for automotive and motorsport.
Visible and structural parts in carbon fiber and forged carbon, large-format molds and patterns, and measurement of every part. For manufacturers, tuners, racing teams and special projects.
From the pattern to the fitted part.
We machine patterns and molds up to 8 × 3 × 2 m, lay up in prepreg, infusion, RTM or forged carbon, and measure so the part fits first time.
Manufacturers such as Koenigsegg and its KAM division have trusted us. An example of our own: forged carbon mirrors for a Lamborghini Huracán. See the project.
- Bodywork and aerodynamics
- Visible carbon interiors and trim
- Forged carbon parts
- Full-scale patterns and molds
- Prototypes and short runs

Full-scale patterns, machined on 5-axis.
We machine design models and body panel molds in tooling board and aluminum, and verify them with FARO against the CAD.

Forged carbon
Chopped fiber with a pattern that is unique on every part.
CarbodynamicForged carbon: Lamborghini Huracán mirror cover
3D scanning, a CNC mold with inserts, measurement, forged carbon lamination and a first-time fit: how we made a mirror cover for the Lamborghini Huracán.
TechnologiesPrepreg and autoclave
3 × 8 m autoclave being commissioned, available per project; today we cure prepreg in an oven.
TechnologiesMolds and tooling
Molds and patterns up to 8 × 3 × 2 m, measured before delivery.
Send us your drawing or 3D model, and we’ll bring it to life.
We study your project with the same care you put into designing it, then send you a clear proposal covering process, lead time and price. Only have the physical part? We’ll scan it and take it from there.
What customers ask us most.
Do you make parts for private customers?
We look at each case. The Lamborghini Huracán project was for a private customer.
Can you copy an original part in carbon?
Yes: we 3D-scan it, make the mold and produce the part, checking dimensions and mounting points.
What process do you use for racing parts?
Usually prepreg, for its weight-to-stiffness ratio: oven-cured (OOA) or in the autoclave, which we activate per project. For non-structural parts we also use OOA, infusion or forged carbon.
