Carbon fiber for drones and UAVs.
On a drone every gram is flight time. We make carbon fiber fuselages, arms, fairings and structures, from the first prototype to production, with the mold and the measurement in-house.
Light, stiff and repeatable.
We design the laminate with you to reach the weight and stiffness the flight requires, machine the molds and manufacture in prepreg, RTM or infusion depending on the volume.
Then we trim and drill by robot or CNC and measure the parts so assembly is straightforward.
- Fuselages and fairings
- Arms, tubes and structures
- Payload mounts
- Propellers and small parts in series
Prepreg and autoclave
3 × 8 m autoclave being commissioned, available per project; today we cure prepreg in an oven.
TechnologiesRTM
Closed mold, two finished faces and repeatability in production.
TechnologiesComposite trimming and machining
KUKA robots and 5-axis up to 8 m for trimming and drilling composites.
TechnologiesMolds and tooling
Molds and patterns up to 8 × 3 × 2 m, measured before delivery.
Send us your drawing or 3D model, and we’ll bring it to life.
We study your project with the same care you put into designing it, then send you a clear proposal covering process, lead time and price. Only have the physical part? We’ll scan it and take it from there.
What customers ask us most.
Do you make drone prototypes?
Yes. Many projects start with a hand lay-up or OOA prepreg prototype and move to production with final molds.
Which process suits a production run of drone parts?
It depends on the number of parts and the finish. RTM gives identical parts with two finished faces; prepreg gives the best weight-to-stiffness ratio.
