Custom carbon fiber orthoses, for orthotists.
We make carbon fiber orthoses, supports and external prosthetic components for orthotic practices and manufacturers. Lighter, thinner and stronger than conventional ones, from your mold or the patient's 3D scan.
Less weight, less bulk, more stiffness.
A carbon fiber orthosis weighs much less than a thermoplastic or metal one and, with a thinner wall, holds up better. For the patient that means more comfort and wearing it for more hours; for the orthotist, a part that can be adjusted to the millimeter.
We combine carbon fiber with other reinforcements depending on the area: stiffness where support is needed and some flexibility where it is required.
- Knee and ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs)
- Lumbar and back supports
- Splints and support components
- Components for external prostheses
- Short runs and one-off parts
From mold or scan to finished part.
We work with the orthotist, who is the one who knows the patient. You send us the plaster cast, the positive model or the 3D scan; we prepare the mold, laminate the part and deliver it ready for you to fit and finish.
If you don't have a scanner, we can digitize the positive with a FARO arm and keep the model on file to make spares or new versions.

3D scanning and reverse engineering
From physical part to CAD model, plus part-to-CAD comparison.
TechnologiesHand lay-up
Prototypes, one-off parts and complex geometries.
TechnologiesPrepreg and autoclave
3 × 8 m autoclave being commissioned, available per project; today we cure prepreg in an oven.
Technical articlesCarbon fiber orthoses for orthotists
Less weight and thickness, more stiffness: when carbon makes sense in orthoses.
Send us your drawing or 3D model, and we’ll bring it to life.
We study your project with the same care you put into designing it, then send you a clear proposal covering process, lead time and price. Only have the physical part? We’ll scan it and take it from there.
What customers ask us most.
Do you make orthoses directly for patients?
No. We work for orthotists, orthotic practices and manufacturers, who are the ones who assess the patient, take the measurements and fit the device.
What do you need to make a carbon orthosis?
The mold or positive model, or a 3D scan, plus the orthotist's instructions: support areas, wall thicknesses, stiffness and closure system.
Why carbon fiber instead of thermoplastic?
Because with much less weight and thickness it gives more stiffness and strength. It is especially useful for orthoses the patient wears for many hours.
Do you make one-off parts or only runs?
Both. Every custom orthosis is a one-off part, and we also make runs of standard components.
