2. What data we process and why

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling. You are not required to give us more data than that marked as necessary: only your name and an email address or telephone number so that we can reply to you.
3. Files and confidentiality
The drawings and files you send us are used only to study your project, are not shared with third parties and are treated as confidential information. If you need it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before receiving them.
4. How long we keep them
Requests sent through the form and their files are automatically deleted from the web server after 90 days. If your request leads to a quote or an order, we keep the necessary data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial legislation).
5. Recipients and data processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required to do so. To provide the service we use the following providers, with whom we have the contracts required by the GDPR:
- Website hosting: server managed by the Ferrotall Group in a Hetzner Online GmbH data centre in Germany (European Union).
- Email: Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.).
- If you write to us via WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. in accordance with its own privacy policy.
We do not carry out international data transfers outside the European Economic Area, except those that may arise from the Microsoft and WhatsApp services, which are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@carbodynamic.com. If you believe that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The website always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Received files are scanned before being saved, are stored outside the public part of the server and can only be accessed via a private, signed link that expires.
