Vurcon P30
8,000 × 3,000 × 2,000 mm
Thirteen 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machines in Ibi (Alicante), Spain, with travels up to 8 × 3 × 2 m, plus CNC turning. Molds, models, tooling and technical parts in metal, tooling board and composites, inspected before they leave our plant.
3-, 4- and 5-axis technology and CNC turning for both soft and hard materials, from a precision technical part to an 8-meter mold.

CNC turning with live tooling
STEP, IGES, STL or a drawing. If all you have is the part, we 3D scan it and create the model.
CAD-CAM engineering office with hyperMILL: we define the machining strategy, tooling and workholding to suit the material and geometry.
We verify the part with our FARO equipment before delivery.
Machining experience in mold making, automotive, aerospace, defense and renewable energy.

We machine molds, models and tooling for companies that laminate their own parts, and deliver the mold already measured. Your designs and your molds belong to you: we work in complete confidentiality.
And if on a given project you would rather we handle the lamination too, we do it in the same plant.

We study your project with the same care you put into designing it, then send you a clear proposal covering process, lead time and price. Only have the physical part? We’ll scan it and take it from there.
Ideally a 3D model in STEP or IGES and, if there are critical tolerances, a drawing in PDF or DWG. If you don’t have a model, we can scan the physical part.
Our largest 5-axis machining center, a Vurcon P30, handles parts up to 8 × 3 × 2 m. Larger parts can be machined in sections.
Aluminum, steel and other metals, tooling board, resins, technical foams, and carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar and other composite parts.
Yes. Metrology is at the heart of our process: we verify molds and parts with FARO equipment and, if you need it, provide a dimensional report.
Both. We produce prototypes, one-off parts and short runs.
